Guidance To Place Your Order
At Reverent & Sweet, we keep ordering simple, thoughtful, and clear; so you feel supported from inquiry to pickup (or delivery). Below you’ll find how to get started, what to expect, and a few guidelines that help us serve you well.
Start Your Request
Submit your request through the Order Form (or Contact Form if you’re unsure what you need). Once received, we’ll confirm availability for your date and follow up with next steps.
Response Time
You can expect a reply within 24 –72 hours. If you haven’t heard back after 72 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and feel free to reach out again through the contact form.
Timeline & Lead Time
To ensure the best experience, orders require a minimum of two weeks’ notice whenever possible.
Rush Requests
If my schedule allows, rush requests (placed less than two weeks in advance) may be accepted with a rush fee starting at $25 depending on order size.
Payment & Reservation
A deposit is required to reserve your date. Your order is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery, with larger event orders requiring earlier final payment.
Minimums
Cakes: $135 minimum
Cupcakes: $60 minimum
Tasting Box (Optional)
Unsure which flavor to choose? An optional tasting box of up to four (4) flavors is available for local pickup or shipping to help you select with confidence. Recommended for weddings and larger events.
Buttercream Finish
I specialize in buttercream cakes and cupcakes, offering classic, detailed, and luxe designs. Fully covered fondant cakes are not offered.
Ganache Finish (Premium Upgrade)
A smooth coating of rich chocolate ganache that enhances flavor while providing added structure and stability. Ideal for warm environment, sharp finishes and intricate designs. Additional cost applies.
Dietary Requests
Some flavors may be adjusted for dietary preferences when possible. Please note this is not a dietary-free kitchen, and cross-contact may occur.
Design & Artistic Style
Reverent & Sweet is known for a refined, intentional aesthetic. Inspiration photos are welcome, but designs are not replicated exactly. Each cake is created uniquely for your occasion.
