All pricing shown represents base starting rates. Delivery and setup are quoted separately based on location. Floral accents may be included upon request or coordinated with your chosen florist. Cake stands, toppers, and any additional décor are provided by the client.

NOTES
Standard cupcakes are prepared with one flavor per dozen, and mini cupcakes with one flavor per two dozen.
Pricing reflects starting rates and may vary for select specialty flavor requests.
All cupcakes are finished in our signature piping design, with the option of requesting customized style in a refined color palette of one to three complementary tones to match your event.
Orders placed within less than two weeks’ notice may be subject to a $25 rush fee.

Guidance To Place Your Order
At Reverent & Sweet, we keep ordering simple, thoughtful, and clear; so you feel supported from inquiry to pickup (or delivery). Below you’ll find how to get started, what to expect, and a few guidelines that help us serve you well.
Start Your Request
Submit your request through the Order Form (or Contact Form if you’re unsure what you need). Once received, we’ll confirm availability for your date and follow up with next steps.
Response Time
You can expect a reply within 48–72 hours. If you haven’t heard back after 72 hours, please check your spam/junk folder and feel free to reach out again through the contact form.
Timeline & Lead Time
To ensure the best experience, orders require a minimum of two weeks’ notice whenever possible.
Rush Requests
If my schedule allows, rush requests (placed less than two weeks in advance) may be accepted with a $25 rush fee.
Payment & Reservation
A deposit is required to reserve your date. Once your invoice is sent, your order is officially secured when the deposit is received. Remaining balance is due prior to pickup or delivery, with larger event orders requiring earlier final payment.

Cakes: $150 minimum Cupcakes: $60 minimum
Tasting Box (Optional)
Not sure which flavor to choose? You may request an optional tasting box, available for shipping or local pickup to help you select with confidence. Recommended for weddings and larger events.
Buttercream Style
I specialize in buttercream cakes and cupcakes, with simple accents available upon request. Fully covered fondant designs are not offered.
Dietary Requests
Some flavors may be adjusted for dietary preferences when possible. Please note: this is not a dietary-free kitchen, and cross-contact may occur.
Design & Artistic Style
Reverent & Sweet is known for a refined, intentional design style. Inspiration photos are welcome to help guide your vision, but I do not replicate another artist’s work exactly. Each design is created uniquely and thoughtfully for you.

Tasting boxes are made fresh to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for preparation.

Local Pickup:
You’ll receive a confirmation text within 48–72 hours with your pickup date and time. Pickup details are provided at checkout.
Shipping:
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, in addition to production time.

Premarital counseling is offered for couples desiring a thoughtful foundation before marriage.
